La gestion s'inscrit dans un cadre opérationnel et réglementaire de premier rang, avec des partenaires de place reconnus pour l'administration, la valorisation et le dépôt. Dans le cadre de son développement, la structure recherche un(e) Senior Relationship Manager pour renforcer et structurer sa distribution multisegment et renforcer l'équipe commerciale en place.Principales responsabilités : • Prospecter activement des clients potentiels (segment HNWI+) et construire des relations durables, les accompagner pour toutes les questions liées à leurs actifs financiers• Apporter les réponses financières adéquates à leurs besoins allant des solutions d'investissement aux services financiers en passant par les facilités de crédit• Analyser et expliquer les différents risques auxquels les clients s'exposent, à court ou long terme, dans le but d'anticiper au mieux les aléas qui peuvent intervenir dans leur gestion financière• Aider les clients à structurer et planifier leur patrimoine• Traduire la stratégie commerciale de la société en actions concrètes prenant en considération que l'offre en matière de gestion discrétionnaire d'actifs y est centrale• Synthétiser les vues macroéconomiques de l'équipe de gestion et interpréter auprès des clients les stratégies d'investissement déployées afin qu'ils apprécient le savoir-faire et le positionnement pris dans leur portefeuille• Comprendre et apprécier les spécificités de vos clients et le suivre attentivement afin que la société puisse répondre au mieux à leurs besoins et leurs contraintesProfil recherché : • Diplômé d'un Master dans le domaine financier ou économique.• Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 7 années en tant que banquier privé ou dans une fonction commerciale au sein d'une société de gestion de fortune, d'un multi family office, ou d'un CGP au Luxembourg, en Belgique ou en France.• Justifiant d'un réseau professionnel concret constitué de clients privés et de partenaires sur un ou plusieurs de ces marchés• Parfaitement informé de l'évolution des marchés financiers et de la macroéconomie, bénéficiant de connaissances financières solides pour retranscrire les allocations et les thématiques d'investissement déployées.• Habitué à répondre habilement et en autonomie aux besoins de ses clients, empathique et ayant un style de communication fluide• Enthousiaste, efficace, dynamique et aimant travailler en équipe• Habitué à coordonner les besoins de ses clients avec les objectifs de croissance de la société• Autonome et disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients et gérer leurs attentes• Affinité avec les outils informatiques• Parfaitement à l'aise à l'écrit et à l'oral en français et en anglais, une autre langue constituerait un avantage Notre client offre : • Un package salarial attractif adaptable selon le profil du candidat retenu• Un cadre de travail agréable au cœur de Luxembourg ville au sein d'une société indépendante, dynamique et réactive• Une organisation et une gouvernance solide entourée d'une équipe de professionnels en investissement• Une équipe expérimentée et compétenteSi vous estimez correspondre au profil recherché et que vous souhaitez rejoindre une société de gestion de fortune solidement établie, et offrant une plateforme d'investissement attractive pour vos clients, nous serions heureux d'en savoir plus sur vous et de recevoir votre candidature qui sera traitée en toute confidentialité.
