Supply Chain Manager F/MReference: LU879167 Notre client est un groupe en forte croissance, acteur de référence dans son domaine.Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et de la structuration de son organisation, la société souhaite recruter un Supply Chain Manager F/H .Basé(e) à Luxembourg, vous prenez en charge le pilotage de l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et le management d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée d'experts achats, approvisionnement, transport et gestion de projet.Vos responsabilités : • Encadrer et développer les compétences d'une équipe de 10 collaborateurs ;• Fixer les objectifs individuels et collectifs, accompagner le changement et favoriser la collaboration au sein de l'équipe ;• Superviser les approvisionnements et la gestion des stocks ;• Optimiser les flux logistiques et transport ;• Assurer la disponibilité des produits et le respect des délais ;• Sécuriser les relations avec les fournisseurs stratégiques ;• Définir et formaliser les processus Supply Chain et déployer des indicateurs de performance pertinents ;• Identifier des leviers d'optimisation et de réduction des coûts ;• Piloter les projets de transformation de la Supply Chain ;• Mesurer la performance des flux et analyser l'impact financier des décisions Supply Chain ;• Produire des reportings réguliers à destination de la Direction et participer activement aux réflexions stratégiques de l'entreprise.Votre profil • Être titulaire d'un Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Logistique, Achats, Ingénierie ou équivalent• Au moins 10 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions Supply Chain, avec une première expérience réussie en management d'équipe. Une expérience dans le retail, la distribution, la construction ou tout environnement à forte rotation de flux constitue un véritable atout.• Langues : Français et Anglais (professionnel)Au-delà de votre expertise technique en Supply Chain globale, gestion des stocks, approvisionnement, transport, KPI et pilotage de la performance, gestion de projet et amélioration continue, vous savez : • analyser l'impact financier des décisions opérationnelles ;• fédérer et faire grandir une équipe ;• structurer des processus et conduire le changement ;• évoluer avec aisance entre le terrain, les équipes et la Direction.
