EatonCrest Apartments in Eatontown, NJ is looking for a hands-on maintenance leader to join our team. Our community has 412 units, and we need someone who takes pride in the details, treats residents and teammates like neighbors, and brings fresh ideas to the shop. Job Responsibilities:

Work with the Property Manager and Service Manager to schedule make-ready maintenance for vacant units, and build a daily production schedule that keeps things moving Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues Complete work orders within 24 hours, and roll up your sleeves on high-level repairs when needed Inspect completed work to make sure it meets Morgan standards, so residents come home to a well-kept community Walk the grounds and common areas, including weekly light inspections, to keep the property clean, safe, and well lit Help create the preventative maintenance, make-ready, and on-call schedules Take part in the 24-hour on-call rotation, and be available for emergencies such as snow and ice

What We Need From You?

Valid driver’s license CPO/HVAC or related certifications are preferred but not required! At least 1-2 years of experience in the same or a similar field
