Maintenance Technician Opportunity + $1,000 Sign on Bonus

The Docks sits right on the Pittsburgh waterfront, and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to help keep it running at its best. About the community:The Docks is a riverfront community with 246 apartment homes and townhomes in one of Pittsburgh’s most sought-after residential areas. It’s a well-loved property with residents who notice the details, and they count on a strong maintenance team to keep their homes comfortable and their community looking great. Compensation & Benefits:

What We Need From You

Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience preferred. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance. HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Ability to troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally. Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
