Bij De Heer Wonen & Slapen (Morgana en OptiZIT) in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht zoeken we een bevlogen collega die onze klanten helpt bij het vinden van hun ideale slaap- en zitoplossing. Daarnaast zorg je na de verkoop voor de ultieme klantbeleving door proactief contact te houden over levertijden en de tevredenheid te bewaken.

Of je nu al ervaring hebt in de retail of gemotiveerd bent om dat vak te leren, wij zorgen voor goede begeleiding en professionele training via de Morgana Academie!

Wat ga je doen?

Persoonlijk adviseren en verkopen

● Persoonlijk advies geven; Jij helpt klanten bij het vinden van de perfecte nachtrust of zitcomfort met een op maat gemaakt advies.

● Naast verkoop van slaapsystemen en relaxfauteuils, geef je ook advies over aanvullende producten zoals bedtextiel, (maatwerk)kasten, relaxbanken en eetkamer meubels.

● Je leert het unieke Morgana-verkoopverhaal en blijft jezelf hierin ontwikkelen via interne trainingen.

● Je volgt offertes op, werkt nauwkeurig en stemt het vervolg duidelijk af met de klant.

● Je werkt resultaatgericht: via het KPI-dashboard houd je je prestaties bij en zoek je actief naar verbeterpunten.

● Klantenservice & Nazorg: Je neemt na levering contact op met klanten om te horen hoe hun nieuwe aankoop bevalt, legt dit vast in ons systeem en coördineert waar nodig een service afspraak thuis of in de winkel.

● Orderbewaking: Je checkt of alle bestellingen op tijd binnenkomen. Duurt het iets langer? Dan bel jij de klant meteen even op. Ook bespreek je elke maand met het team hoe we de service kunnen verbeteren.

Wat neem je mee?

● Je hebt interesse in wonen, slapen en gezondheid.

● Minimaal MBO3-niveau en een klantgerichte werkhouding.

● Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en denkt graag vooruit.

● Je bent beschikbaar voor 25 - 32 uur en op zaterdagen (zondagen zijn we gesloten).

● Ervaring in de retail is mooi meegenomen maar enthousiasme en leergierigheid vinden we minstens zo belangrijk!
