What You'll Do

Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartments and common areas Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and HVAC issues Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in readiness Participate in an emergency on-call rotation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members

What We're Looking For

Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or service technician experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
