Canterbury Green is one of our largest communities, with 2,000 apartment homes and a whole lot of people counting on a great first impression when they walk through the door. That first impression starts with you. As a Make Ready Technician, every unit you turn becomes a home where someone unpacks their life, where families grow, and where pets get their favorite spot by the window. We are looking for a hands-on technician who takes real pride in the details, treats every resident and teammate with respect, and does the job right even when no one is watching. $20.00-$25.00 per hour Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone Up to 50% rent discount at Morgan Properties communities Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off, sick time, and 10 paid holidays

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Participation in the on-call rotation

What We Need From You?

Experience with apartment turns, make ready work, maintenance, construction, or related trades Working knowledge of painting, drywall, carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs Appliance repair experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep turns moving in a high-volume community Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A positive, team-first attitude and a "whatever it takes" mindset
