  What you will be doing: We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a “Whatever It Takes” approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet company standards and applicable laws. As the Senior Service Technician, you will:

Lead, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and completing repairs Provide expert-level troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances Be accountable for a 24-hour on-call schedule, including personal availability for emergencies such as snow, ice, or urgent site issues Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials Establish and drive schedules – on-call coverage, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and daily work orders Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and vacant units Execute tasks assigned by the Service Manager with urgency and accountability

Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred One-year certificate, 2–4+ years of related experience, or equivalent education Ability to lead, work fast, and operate without constant
