As a Service Technician, you'll handle the full range — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance. One morning it's a diagnostic call, the next it's a turn that has to be move-in ready. You'll also help keep grounds and common areas looking like somewhere people want to live. What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required Willingness to take your turn in the on-call rotation and pitch in on weather-related emergencies A technician who does what they say they'll do, treats residents right, and never cuts corners on safety
