MORGAN PROPERTIES IS HIRING- SERVICE TECHNICIANS! NOW OFFERING $1000 SIGN ON BONUS! In this full-time role, you'll help keep our 359-unit apartment community meeting company standards, resident expectations, and compliance requirements — with plenty of variety in your day and a team that pulls together. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Base Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave

As the Service Technician, You Will:

Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs Stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance and day-to-day property upkeep Complete make-readies and help keep curb appeal and community appearance sharp Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws Respond quickly and professionally to service requests and resident concerns Keep residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership informed on repairs and updates

HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required — we'll support you in earning them. Hours & Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed

What We'll Expect From You

Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Someone who follows through on what they promise and stands behind the quality of every repair
