The Docks is a beautiful waterfront community featuring 246 apartment homes and townhomes in one of Pittsburgh's most desirable residential areas. Residents enjoy a unique riverfront lifestyle, and we're looking for a skilled Service Technician to help maintain the exceptional living experience our residents expect. Compensation & Benefits

What We Need From You

Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience preferred. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance. HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Ability to troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally. Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
