Summary of Responsibility:

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and collaborating across departments? We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our growing parts distribution team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring financial transactions, inventory records, and vendor accounts are accurate and up to date.

What You Will Contribute:

As our Accounting Clerk, you'll be a key contributor to the financial health and operational success of our business by:

  • Reviewing invoices, billing statements, and financial documents to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders, receiving records, and shipping documentation to verify pricing and inventory accuracy.
  • Processing high-volume accounts payable transactions and supporting timely vendor payments.
  • Generating customer invoices for shipped orders and supporting accounts receivable activities.
  • Creating purchase orders and maintaining accurate sales order information within our ERP system.
  • Reconciling vendor statements, credits, and intercompany transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Partnering with vendors and warehouse leadership to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, returns, damaged goods claims, and billing issues.
  • Maintaining organized financial records and supporting month-end accounting activities.
  • Assisting with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.

Other Functions:

· Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.

· Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a distribution, wholesale, auto parts, or warehouse setting.

· Software: Experience with ERP/Inventory management software (e.g., D365, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume paperwork, sharp analytical skills for inventory tracking, and clear vendor communication.

What’s in it for You:

We take great pride in our employees and offer a variety of benefits that allow our employees to be successful inside and outside of work:

  • Competitive starting salary
  • Market competitive comprehensive health benefits including a zero premium medical plan offering, vision, dental, and company paid life insurance

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
