Vi kan nu tilbyde en særlig jobmulighed for dig, som er mellem 14 - 17 år.

Opgaver Vi håber du kan være med til at skabe liv, grin og gode aktiviteter sammen med vores beboere. Dine arbejdsopgaver foregår altid sammen med beboerne og er primært af social karakter.

Arbejdsopgaver kan for eksempel være at:

  • Læse for beboerne
  • Gåture med beboerne
  • Spille spil
  • Spille musik eller synge for og med beboerne
  • Snakke – om hvad der sker nu eller om gamle dage
  • Fortælle om din hverdag og livet som ung
  • Lægge rent vasketøj sammen med beboerne
  • Eller måske har du en interesse, som du vil dele med dem

Mere om jobbet

Din arbejdstid vil være 2 eftermiddage om ugen af ca. to timers varighed, som aftales nærmere så det passer med dine øvrige fritidsaktiviteter.

Når du starter, får du en god introduktion til stedet, dine nye kolleger og til beboerne.

Du vil også blive tilknyttet en mentor, som følger dig tæt i jobbet.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår Hvis du er 14-15 får du 68,47 kr. i timen, og hvis du er 16-17 år får du 82,83 kr. i timen.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår følger aftale for unge under 18 år i inspirationsansættelse inden for ældre- og sundhedsområdet i kommuner, som er indgået mellem FOA og KL (73.02). Det bemærkes, at aftalen ikke omfatter 13-årige.

Ansættelsessamtaler forventes uge 48

Ansættelse pr. 1. december 2026

Det bemærkes også, at aftalen ikke gælder længere, end til du er fyldt 18 år. Derfor vil du automatisk ophøre med at være ansat som spire ved udgangen af den måned, hvori du fylder 18 år.
