  • Lead resolution of complex technical issues during development, manufacturing, testing, product launch, and commissioning.
  • Set certification strategy and ensure applicable standards and evidence requirements are incorporated early.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of product development or design engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading engineered products from concept through production launch and lifecycle support.
  • Experience building engineering capability, developing technical talent, and creating accountability in a growth environment.
  • Strong technical judgment with the ability to balance safety, compliance, performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and risk.
  • Experience with industrial equipment, modular systems, power products, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure preferred.
  • Professional Engineer license preferred but not required; routine stamping is not expected.
  • Systems thinking across requirements, architecture, interfaces, product realization, verification, validation, transition, and lifecycle support.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
