Position: MEP Installer for Residential Construction Electrical, Plumbing & HeatingLocation: Heerenveen, The Netherlands | 38 - 40 hours per weekWork and live in the NetherlandsMosana B.V. is looking for an experienced MEP Installer. You will install electrical systems, water, heating, drainage and ventilation in prefab and modular homes.You work independently and make sure everything is installed safely and correctly.The installation work is primarily carried out at our factory in Heerenveen, with additional work and finishing activities performed on-site. To help you start your new life in the Netherlands, free accommodation is available for your first year.What do we offer? Starting salary from €2,598 gross per month, based on an average 40-hour work week; Free accommodation for the first year; A job for 38 – 40 hours per week; Good working conditions; A lot of freedom in your work; Work on modern prefab and modular homes; A friendly and practical team; Opportunities to learn and grow; Prospect of a permanent contract;What will you do?You will:• Install electrical systems in homes;• Install water, drainage and heating systems;• Work on ventilation and other home installations;• Install systems in prefab modules;• Work from technical drawings;• Check and test installations;• Find and solve problems;• Work together with carpenters and other colleagues;• Keep your workplace clean and safe.Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who can work independently and knows the job.You:• Have experience with electrical and mechanical installations in residential construction;• Can do installation work independently;• Have knowledge of electrical, water, heating and other building systems;• Can read technical drawings;• Work carefully and safely;• Can solve practical problems;• Therefore has a practical an solution-oriented mindset. • Work well with other tradespeople;• Are reliable;• Have a category B driving licence;• Work according to safety rules and regulations.Experience with prefab or modular construction is a plus, but not required.Free housing for your first yearMoving to another country is a big step.
