Gérant\-e technique confirmé\-e à 100%

Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en gestion technique immobilière, alors rejoignez notre équipe.

Cahier des charges :

  • Contrôler l’état des objets à l’arrivée et au départ d’un locataire, ainsi que durant la location
  • Effectuer des états des lieux préliminaires, de sortie et d’entrée
  • Organiser les éventuelles rénovations et quantifier les besoins en travaux, notamment en établissant les devis et contre offres
  • Négocier avec les entreprises et faire valider les budgets par la direction et les propriétaires
  • Établir les plannings et suivre les chantiers en s’assurant de la bonne exécution des demandes
  • Veiller au bon entretien des immeubles d’habitation et industriels, notamment en faisant effectuer des contrôles périodiques et en supervisant le travail des concierges
  • Effectuer des rapports sur l’état des immeubles
  • Traiter les sinistres
  • Coordonner les relations entre la régie, les propriétaires, les locataires et autres intervenants et mener, en accord avec la Direction, les négociations inhérentes pour assurer le suivi technique des objets
  • Planifier et anticiper les travaux des bâtiments commerciaux selon leur cycle de vie
  • Gérer tous les aspects administratifs liés aux travaux (logiciel immobilier Quorum, OnBase, Homepad, Immodata, Tayo, etc.)

Votre profil :

  • Pouvant justifier d’au moins trois ans d’activité dans une régie immobilière en Suisse ou d’une expérience équivalente
  • Au bénéfice d’une formation technique dans l’immobilier, spécialisé\-e dans la gestion d’immeubles institutionnels et commerciaux constituerait un atout
  • Formations reconnues (USPI, APGCI ou équivalent) seraient un plus
  • Grande maîtrise rédactionnelle
  • Doté\-e d’une grande motivation ainsi que d’une excellente organisation
  • Capacité d’anticipation et de planification. Bonne résistance au stress
  • Orienté\-e service à la clientèle et pourvu\-e d'écoute et d'empathie
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques ; la connaissance de Quorum représente un atout
  • De langue maternelle française avec des connaissances d’anglais
  • Motivé\-e à rejoindre une équipe soudée et compétente
  • Prêt\-e à relever un défi avec l’idée de vous engager à long terme ?
