Moses Toyota Mitsubishi in Morgantown is looking for an experienced, top-tier Body Shop Foreman to join our growing team! This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced collision repair professional who takes pride in their work, understands production, and knows how to lead a team while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Compensation & Incentives

Qualifications

  • Previous body shop/collision repair technician experience required
  • Strong understanding of collision repair operations and production processes
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Commitment to quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • I-CAR certification preferred, but not required
  • Paint experience is a plus
