Factory Manager (Furniture)

Our esteemed client, a leading player in the Furniture industry, is in search of a proactive, results-driven individual to join their team as a Factory Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our client's distinguished reputation, ensuring that our services and products continue to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in factory management, particularly within the Furniture industry.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing production management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards within manufacturing environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entirety of the factory operations, from raw materials intake to final product packaging, while upholding stringent quality and safety protocols.
  • Develop and execute production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of factory staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Analyze production metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as procurement and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime.
