Salesforce Executive

Are you passionate about CRM platforms and digital communication? We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Executive to join the team.

In this role, you’ll assist in developing and personalizing key digital communication strategies, helping drive the success of the business.

You’ll work closely with the Salesforce Manager and the Digital Communications team to manage and optimize email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, while ensuring everything runs smoothly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in building audience and segmentation lists within CRM platforms.
  • Assist in developing Marketing Cloud Projects.
  • Build and edit email templates using Dreamweaver and Marketing Cloud Content Builder.
  • Help plan and implement customer data flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and external systems.
  • Create campaigns and journeys in SFMC for both weekly sends and automated lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to improve systems and procedures.
  • Ensure all projects meet compliance guidelines and align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Brand team to ensure email content follows brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to new business development and optimize existing business strategies.

Desirable Traits:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing development environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and functionality.
  • Passion for customer experience and digital transformation in a data-driven setting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AMPScript.
  • Experience with SQL and API integration is a plus.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a must.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure with flexibility.
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with data collection and management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
