Senior Executive Tender Liaison

As a Senior Executive Tender Liaison, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with the SPC (State Pharmaceutical Corporation), MSD (Medical Supplies Division), and government hospitals.

Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of the tender process, enhancing the company's market position in the healthcare sector.

This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders at various levels, from subject clerks to top management, to ensure success in the tender business.

Background: Experience in tender management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with SPC/MSD, government hospitals, and key stakeholders.

Tender Process: Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure the proper specification and submission of tender proposals.

Strategy Development: Partner with colleagues in marketing and healthcare organizations to develop competitive strategies and counter market rivals.

Fieldwork & Collaboration: Conduct joint field visits with the marketing team and maintain regular engagement with healthcare professionals across Sri Lanka.

Market Insights: Monitor and assess market trends, competitor strategies, and tender developments to provide actionable insights.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Tender Management.

Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in tender management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
