Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for experienced Solutions Architects to join their Digital Platforms Strategy and Implementation Division. If you are passionate about designing innovative IT solutions in the digital platforms space, this opportunity is for you!

As a Solutions Architect in the Digital Platforms domain, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of IT product architectures.

You’ll ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are met across systems like customer relationship management, online charging systems, policy and charging rules functions, rating and billing management, and more.

Your role will be key in optimizing product usage and helping plan the technology roadmap to ensure the company stays at the forefront of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs.
  • Lead feasibility checks and implementation of new products and services, minimizing post-launch issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve system issues and implement patches with zero business impact.
  • Manage and support core IT projects, including system upgrades and network mergers.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize obsolete applications to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze market and industry trends, proposing enhancements to core product modules.
  • Ensure product security and address vulnerabilities in both the short and long term.
  • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and ensure compliance with established architecture.
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a BSc in IT/Engineering or a related field, and an MBA or MSc.
  • Has at least 12 years of relevant experience in digital platforms architecture.
  • Strong understanding of charging systems and related technologies.
  • Proficient in applying IT trends and innovations within the digital platforms domain.
