EARN WHILE YOU LEARN

**Hourly Pay + Commission**

  • - Base hourly pay at the applicable minimum wage rate, up to **$17.75 per hour**, plus commission.
  • - Commission earnings vary based on individual performance.
  • - Expected average annual earnings, including commissions: **approximately $50,000–$85,000**.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help customers and technicians find the right parts for the job.
  • Handle parts sales from start to finish.
  • Look up parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer resources.
  • Answer phone calls, provide pricing, and assist with customer questions.
  • Keep customers updated on parts availability and order status.
  • Pull, pick, fill, and price parts orders accurately.
  • Review body shop estimates to verify correct parts and pricing.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
  • Receive customer payments and obtain credit authorization when needed.
  • Prepare parts orders for shipment, delivery, and pickup.
  • Monitor inventory and complete weekly bin checks.
  • Notify management of out-of-stock items and urgent supply needs.
  • Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed to repair orders.
  • Work with customers, technicians, and team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Participate in team training and cross-training opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for motivated, dependable people who enjoy helping others and learning new things.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive parts sales experience preferred (retail or wholesale).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to read and understand parts catalogs, instructions, and procedures.
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and take on new challenges.

Experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most!
