Socialförvaltningen ansvarar för insatser, stöd och service till enskilda och familjer i kommunen. Våra verksamheter styrs främst av socialtjänstlagen, LSS-lagen och hälso- och sjukvårdslagen och ska verkställa insatser reglerade av dessa lagar. Samtliga verksamheter genomsyras av individen i centrum för att tillgodose individens behov. Uppdraget innebär stort kundfokus och serviceanda.

Utförare LSS och socialpsykiatri med drygt 350 tillsvidareanställda är en utförarverksamhet riktad till barn, ungdomar och vuxna. Vi styrs bl.a. av LSS, SoL och HSL och har verkställighetsansvar för insatser reglerade av dessa lagar. Verksamheten genomsyras av att vi sätter individen i centrum och att vi samverkar för att kunna tillgodose individens behov. Verksamheten har ett stort kundfokus, god serviceanda och ger förutsättningar för ett gränsöverskridande arbete som är både inspirerande och kompetensutvecklande.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Tjänsten är i en barnfamilj med yngre syskon, vilket innebär att det är mycket liv och rörelse i vardagen. Därför söker vi dig som är trygg, flexibel och har ett stort hjärta för barn och familjeliv men med fullt fokus på ditt uppdrag som personlig assistent.

Som personlig assistent kommer du att vara ett stöd i pojkens vardag - i hemmet, på aktiviteter och i olika vardagssituationer. Arbetet är mycket aktivt och innefattar bland annat cykling, simning och lek. Så det är viktigt att du har god fysik och tycker om att röra på dig.

Du kommer att hjälpa till att skapa struktur och trygghet i vardagen, vara delaktig i aktiviteter och bidra till en positiv och meningsfull tillvaro. Ditt uppdrag är att stötta och vägleda barnet i hans utveckling och vardagliga rutiner.

KVALIFIKATIONER Formella kompetenser:

  • Gymnasieutbildning. Meriterande med utbildning som undersköterska eller barnskötare samt erfarenhet av arbete med barn, ungdomar, omvårdnad eller personlig assistent.
  • Du som söker är kvinna i åldern 20-50 år (enligt brukarens önskemål).
  • Behärskar svenska mycket väl, både i tal och skrift
  • Har B-körkort

  • Du har lätt för att sätta sig in i andras situation. Du lyssnar, förstår och visar hänsyn. Är lugn, uppmärksam och tillmötesgående i ditt bemötande.
  • Arbetar bra med andra människor. Relaterar sig till dem på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. Du kan anpassa dig och hittar win-win-lösningar genom ett prestigelöst fokus på det gemensamma målet.
  • Du har de resurser som krävs för förändring eller problemlösning. Du gör ditt bästa genom att göra det du kan just nu. Du hittar snabbt lösningar på uppkomna problem.
  • Du har god förståelse för hur människan tar till sig kunskap och för människors olika förutsättningar. Du anpassar ditt sätt att förmedla ditt budskap till mottagaren.
  • Du är lugn, uppmärksam och tillmötesgående i ditt bemötande. Du har intresse, vilja och förmåga att hjälpa andra och anstränger dig för att leverera lösningar
  • Du har lätt för att anpassa, utveckla och lära dig nytt efter förändrade krav, förutsättningar eller omständigheter. Du ser möjligheter i ändringar och kan också ändra ditt synsätt och förhållningsätt.

Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet och personkemi då det är viktigt att du, pojken och familjen i sin helhet trivs tillsammans.

Löneform: Månadslön. Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstid: Arbetstider enligt schema, dag/kväll/natt/helg (diskuteras vidare vid intervju)
