Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer besonderen Übergangsphase: Im Rahmen einer Übernahme wird das momentane Hotel Erfurt-City Teil der Motel One Group und während einer Renovierung im laufenden Betrieb Schritt für Schritt in die Markenwelt von Motel One integriert.

Stellenbeschreibung

Handwerk und Hotellerie? Das passt zusammen! Gemeinsam mit externen Dienstleistern sorgst Du dafür, dass Technik und IT reibungslos laufen und unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Dabei bist Du zuständig für:

  • Kontrolle der Funktionalität von Geräten, Aufzügen und technischen Einrichtungen im gesamten Hotel sowie das sorgfältige Führen von Mängellisten
  • Kommunikation, Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen, insbesondere die Überprüfung von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Verantwortung für den täglichen Betriebsrundgang zur Mängelerkennung im Haus sowie die Durchführung der entsprechenden Reparatur- und Renovierungsarbeiten
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unseren multikulturellen Teams

Qualifikationen

Hotelprofi mit handwerklichem Talent oder Handwerker*in mit Leidenschaft zur Hotellerie? Du passt zu uns! Denn Persönlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle! Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:

  • Technische Berufsausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung im Handwerk oder in der Gebäudewartung oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
  • Offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten sowie ein Auge fürs Detail und Technik
  • Flexibilität und Kreativität sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen – Wir erreichen unsere Erfolge gemeinsam

Wir vergüten in Deutschland nach dem jeweils geltenden Tarifvertrag für das Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe des jeweiligen Bundeslandes, in Österreich nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag für alle Arbeitnehmer:innen im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe und in der Schweiz nach dem L-GAV (Landes-Gesamtarbeitsvertrag des Gastgewerbes).

Bei Vollzeit gilt die für die Position angegebene Vergütungsspanne brutto/Monat, zzgl. variabler Vergütungsanteile und Benefits. Die konkrete Einstiegsvergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne richtet sich nach objektiven Kriterien, insbesondere nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
