About Mothers to Daughters:

Mothers to Daughters (M2D) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering women across generations through leadership and entrepreneurship training, educational workshops, and networking opportunities. Through intergenerational mentorship and community service, M2D advances gender equality, fosters leadership, and equips women to drive social and economic change in their communities. This handbook outlines our values, policies, and operational procedures to guide team members in fulfilling our mission.

Our Mission at Mothers to Daughters is to accelerate the personal and professional growth of women by connecting them with the lived experiences, authentic insights, and transformative wisdom of successful women. Through intergenerational mentorship, we foster a legacy of economic empowerment, social resilience, and impact-driven innovation, equipping women to lead, innovate, and build sustainable solutions that transcend generations.

Our Vision is a world where women of all generations thrive through the power of intergenerational wisdom, driving inclusivity and gender equity for lasting global impact. By bridging generations, amplifying voices, and breaking down barriers, we aim to create a future where women are elevated to the heights they deserve—leading, innovating, and shaping a more equitable and prosperous world for all.

Our Core Values at Mothers to Daughters are:

  • Unwavering Respect We honor diverse perspectives and experiences, fostering an environment where every voice is valued. We commit to upholding the integrity of our mission, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all our partnerships and programs.
  • Synergistic Collaboration We recognize that transformative change happens when we work together across generations, cultures, and industries. We actively forge alliances with organizations that align with our mission, including men’s groups working toward gender equity. We foster a culture of dynamic knowledge-sharing, ensuring that mentorship is a two-way exchange where both mentors and mentees grow together.
  • Transformational Empathy We understand that each woman’s journey is unique, committing to creating a safe space for shared experiences and personal growth. We recognize societal and personal challenges women face and approach solutions with compassion and pragmatic action. We champion vulnerability as a strength, encouraging open discussions about both breakthroughs and setbacks.
  • Impact-Driven Entrepreneurial Spirit We believe in equipping women with the skills, mindset, and resources to take ownership of their futures—whether through career advancement, leadership, or business ventures. We encourage innovation, agility, and adaptability, ensuring our programs evolve to meet the shifting needs of our global community. We emphasize bold resilience, helping women break barriers, embrace risk, and lead with confidence.
  • Unapologetic Authenticity We embrace and celebrate individuality, encouraging women to bring their whole selves to the table. We champion unapologetic self-expression, ensuring that every woman’s voice is heard, respected, and amplified. We commit to honest, transparent communication, rejecting performative feminism in favor of practical, high-impact actions that drive real change.
  • Future-focused Innovation We embrace bold, transformative thinking, pushing boundaries to create solutions that redefine possibilities for women. We leverage technology, data, and creativity to amplify mentorship, leadership, and economic empowerment initiatives. We foster a culture of continuous learning and reinvention, ensuring that women stay ahead in an ever-evolving global landscape.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
