Das Schweizer Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Langenthal, Schweiz beschäftigt rund 400 Mitarbeitende, betreibt ein eigenes Forschungs- und Entwicklungs-Zentrum in der Schweiz und weitere Produktionswerke in Europa.

Handlungsfeld

  • Sie verantworten die Betreuung, Positionierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Sortiments an Kühlschmierstoffen. Dabei identifizieren Sie Marktpotenziale und erarbeiten Massnahmen zur gezielten Sortimentsoptimierung.
  • Sie analysieren Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leiten daraus konkrete Produkt- und Marktstrategien ab.
  • Sie beschäftigen sich mit den Eigenschaften, Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und Leistungsmerkmalen unserer Kühlschmierstoffe und stimmen technische Anforderungen der Zerspanung eng mit den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden ab. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit Verkauf, Kundendienst sowie Forschung und Entwicklung zusammen.
  • Planen und koordinieren Produkteinführungen, entwickeln Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen und stellen dem Verkaufsteam fundierte Produktinformationen und überzeugende Verkaufsargumente zur Verfügung.
  • Sie konzipieren und führen Produktschulungen durch und erstellen zielgruppengerechte Schulungs- und Verkaufsunterlagen.
  • Sie verantworten die Qualität, Struktur und Aktualität unserer Produktinformationen im PIM-System. Sie stellen eine konsistente und zielgerichtete Bereitstellung technischer, chemischer und kommerzieller Produktdaten über die relevanten Vertriebskanäle sicher und entwickeln die digitale Produktpräsentation kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie nehmen an Fachmessen, Foren und Veranstaltungen teil und bringen Erkenntnisse aus dem Markt gezielt in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte ein.

Anforderungen

  • Eine technische, chemische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Interesse oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Eine Weiterbildung in Produktmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing ist von Vorteil
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, im technischen Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse mit Kühlschmierstoffen, Zerspanungstechnik, industrieller Schmierung oder verwandten technischen Produkten
  • Verständnis für Produktdatenmanagement, PIM-Systeme und die strukturierte Aufbereitung technischer Produktinformationen
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Anwendungen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
