The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons deux assistant(e)s polyvalent(e). Les candidats doivent être réactifs et en mesure dintervenir sur une grande diversité de missions, tout en montant rapidement en compétences.

Missions détaillées:

1. Suivi de satisfaction clients (environ 20 % du temps)

  • Réaliser des appels sortants auprès des clients pour évaluer leur satisfaction.
  • Recueillir des feedbacks qualitatifs et quantitatifs afin didentifier les axes damélioration.
  • Remonter les points critiques aux équipes concernées (production, marketing, direction).
  • Assurer la traçabilité des informations recueillies dans les outils internes (CRM, tableaux de suivi, etc.).
  • Contribuer à lamélioration continue de l'expérience client.

2. Tâches ADV (Administration des Ventes)

  • Vérifier la conformité des contrats, documents commerciaux et pièces administratives.
  • Effectuer des contrôles et mises à jour dans les bases de données ou outils internes.
  • Participer au traitement et au suivi des demandes clients ou partenaires.
  • Assurer une coordination fluide entre les équipes opérationnelles, commerciales et administratives.

3. Support à la Production

  • Réaliser diverses tâches de production simples et répétitives nécessitant rigueur et précision. la cohérence des informations et sassurer du respect des procédures internes.
  • Contribuer à la fluidité des opérations quotidiennes en apportant un soutien polyvalent.

4. Support Marketing & Digital

  • Effectuer des vérifications et corrections sur Google Search Console, Google
  • Analytics, Google Studio et autres outils du pôle Marketing
  • Participer à la mise à jour de contenus ou données sur des outils digitaux.
  • Contribuer à des actions marketing ponctuelles (collecte de données, petites mises à jour, suivi opérationnel).
  • Collaborer étroitement avec léquipe marketing sur certains besoins simples mais essentiels.

Les tâches décrites ne sont pas exhaustives et peuvent évoluer. En tant quassistant(e) polyvalent(e), le/la collaborateur(trice) pourra être amené(e) à effectuer toute tâche relevant de nimporte quel service.

Compétences et profil recherché:

  • Français impeccable, oral et excellente maîtrise de lécrit.
  • Expérience en émission/réception d'appels : 6 à 12 mois minimum..
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
  • Esprit logique et réactivité : capacité à trouver rapidement une solution.
  • Organisation, rigueur et sens des priorités.
