Le Poste :

Rattaché(e) au Département Administratif et Financier, vous interviendrez en qualité de Chargé(e) de Comptabilité Clients. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi des encaissements, lanalyse des comptes clients et la gestion des relations internes avec les équipes recouvrement et service client.

️ Vos missions :

  • Analyser quotidiennement les écritures des comptes clients.
  • Réaliser la saisie des encaissements et assurer le suivi des écritures non imputées en coordination avec les services concernés.
  • Créer les comptes clients et les contrats dans lERP.
  • Prendre en charge les demandes du Service Recouvrement et du Service Client, en assurant un traitement efficace et rigoureux.
  • Codifier et comptabiliser les écritures de décaissements issues des relevés bancaires.
  • Analyser et justifier les comptes de la balance générale.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de reporting et les outils de suivi dactivité.
  • Assister les Commissaires aux Comptes lors de laudit annuel.

Le Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac +2 en comptabilité (BTS CG, DUT GEA option comptabilité-finance, ou équivalent).
  • Expérience : Une première expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire est attendue.
  • Compétences requises : Maîtrise de la comptabilité française et de la TVA. Capacité à établir et structurer des tableaux de bord, documents de reporting, indicateurs financiers et bilans. Très bonne maîtrise du pack Office, notamment Excel. Maîtrise de SAGE X3 ; la connaissance de SAP serait un plus.
  • Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, esprit danalyse, sens des priorités. Bon relationnel et sens du travail en équipe. Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à loral quà lécrit.
