En tant que Chargé(e) de Relation Client chez Top-webgroup, leader européen des services en ligne dédiés aux familles, particulièrement dans le domaine de la garde d'enfants, vous jouez un rôle central pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de notre clientèle.

Votre mission : analyser les besoins de nos utilisateurs, répondre à leurs requêtes de manière personnalisée, et garantir que chaque interaction se solde par une solution claire et satisfaisante.

Vos missions :

Analyse proactive : Comprendre les besoins et préoccupations des clients pour leur offrir des solutions adaptées.

Support multicanal : Répondez avec précision aux demandes des clients via chat et téléphone.

Assistance complète : Veiller à ce que les attentes des clients soient comblées, en leur offrant des réponses claires et satisfaisantes.

Fidélisation : Contribuer à créer une expérience positive qui fidélise nos utilisateurs.

Profil recherché :

Excellent communicateur : Vous excellez dans l'art d'écouter et de répondre aux besoins des clients.

Relationnel fort : Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet de créer des liens de confiance rapidement.

Esprit analytique : Vous savez résoudre un problème et y apporter une solution efficace.

Proactif(ve) et réactif(ve) : Vous savez anticiper les besoins et réagir rapidement.

Expérience : Une expérience similaire est un plus, mais votre enthousiasme et votre capacité d'adaptation sont essentiels.
