The posting

Missions :

- Responsable de la planification et du suivi de la production

- Responsable du bon fonctionnement et de l'inventaire des machines, équipements et autres outillages

- Organiser et animer les unités/équipes de production

- Responsable de la qualité/finition de la production conformément aux fiches de production

- Maintien de l'ordre et de la discipline dans l'usine.

- Gestion du stock et contrôle de la production

- Sassurer que les opérations soient conformes aux procédures en place.

- Améliorer l'efficience et l'efficacité de la production.

- Mettre en place les industry best practices.

- Sassurer que les opérations soient conformes aux exigences des normes de Health & Safety.

- Identifié les besoins de formation.

- Assurer une bonne communication entre les différents départements.

- Faire remonter à la direction les problèmes rencontrés/obstacles au niveau de la production.

Le chef d'atelier sera chargé de s'assurer que tous les éléments sur les ouvertures soient produits en temps et

En heure avec une qualité irréprochable pour satisfaire le client final.

Qualifications :

- Niveau HSC/Bac ou plus

L'attitude :

- Ponctuel et autonome

- Rigueur et sérieux

- Organisation

- Communication

- Capacité à travailler et faire travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais de production/livraison.

Les compétences :

- Bonne maitrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)

- Connaissance informatique et logiciel bureautique (MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

Outlook)

La connaissance des ouvertures en aluminium est un plus.

Avantage et salaire :

- Horaires de travail : Lundi au vendredi 7h30 17h et samedi matin jusquà 13h
