The posting

Nous recherchons un Chef de chantier expérimenté pour diriger notre prochain projet de construction de villas.

Les principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Superviser et coordonner les travaux de construction sur le chantier.
  • Assurer le respect des délais et des budgets alloués pour le projet.
  • Gérer et encadrer les équipes de travail sur le chantier.
  • Veiller à la sécurité sur le chantier en s'assurant que toutes les normes et réglementations sont respectées.
  • Planifier et organiser les phases de construction en collaboration avec les ingénieurs et les architectes.
  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés et s'assurer de leur conformité aux plans et aux spécifications techniques.
  • Coordonner l'approvisionnement en matériaux et équipements nécessaires au chantier.
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs.
  • Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des travaux.
  • Gérer les imprévus et trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés sur le chantier.
  • Mettre en place et appliquer des mesures de santé et de sécurité rigoureuses pour protéger tous les travailleurs.
  • Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux pratiques de sécurité et aux protocoles de santé.
  • Effectuer des inspections régulières pour s'assurer de la conformité avec les normes de sécurité.

Qualifications requises :

  • Expérience significative en tant que Chef de chantier dans le domaine de la construction.
  • Connaissance approfondie des techniques de construction et des réglementations en vigueur.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en leadership.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en relation interpersonnelle.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de chantier.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes et pratiques de santé et de sécurité sur les chantiers.
