The posting

Objectifs du poste :

Au sein de la Direction des Opérations et plus précisément du département RUN, le/la Chef(fe) dEquipe du Support Technique a pour missions dassurer une assistance active auprès des Techniciens Support Client qui lui sont rattachés, de participer à la prise dappels, traiter des tickets d'incidents les plus simples au plus complexes et assurer le management de son équipe.

Missions management

  • Animer, piloter et fédérer léquipe
  • Partage et veille à ce que les bonnes pratiques soient respectées
  • Assurer le développement des compétences de léquipe (Recrutement, formation, ...)
  • Communiquer et faire circuler les informations auprès de son équipe en termes d'objectifs et de résultats
  • Réaliser les entretiens de performance

Missions opérationnelles

  • Réaliser des diagnostics de niveau 1 & 2 selon le mode opératoire établi et présent dans loutil documentaire du groupe
  • Analyser lactivité et les flux (Appels, mails, portail, ...) du Support Technique
  • Création de reporting et dindicateurs
  • Mettre en place l'organisation et les ressources les plus adaptées pour traiter les sollicitations clients avec le niveau de qualité et de service attendu
  • Organise le service, la suppléance et la répartition des tâches
  • Gestion des réunions déquipes : ordres du jour, compte-rendu et plans d'actions, organisation et gestion des réunions,
  • Veiller à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service
  • Participer à la rédaction et à la bonne utilisation des procédures dans loutil documentaire du groupe
  • Mesurer, suivre et maintenir un niveau de satisfaction client élevé
  • Être le premier niveau descalade des sollicitations de son équipe

Profil :

Niveau Bac+2 Expérience de 3 minimum dans le support technique dans le milieu télécom Bonne expression orale et écrite en français Capacité à travailler dans l'urgence Autonome, efficace et méthodique Sens du service à lautre : disponibilité, honnêteté Organisé et rigoureux Une forte expérience et maitrise des sujets réseaux et télécom protocoles de routage, SDWAN, firewalling, liaisons Xdsl, Fibre, VPN/SSL/IPSec/MPLS/VPLS)
