Contexte du poste :

Rattaché(e) au Département Administratif et Financier, le/la Collaborateur(trice) Junior Comptable Pôle Clients intervient dans la gestion quotidienne des encaissements clients, le lettrage, les régularisations ainsi que le suivi des comptes. Il/elle participe également à la préparation des reportings financiers et à lamélioration continue des processus comptables internes.

Missions principales :

  • Vérifier la qualité et lexhaustivité des documents reçus, codifier et comptabiliser les encaissements clients (virements, mandats, chèques, etc.) identifiés sur les relevés bancaires.
  • Effectuer le lettrage des comptes clients et signaler toute anomalie, écart ou difficulté détectée.
  • Lettrer les comptes de valeur à lencaissement (CB et CB différées) et transmettre les informations nécessaires au Service Recouvrement.
  • Répondre aux demandes du Service Recouvrement (recherches, lettrages, régularisations, reclassements, etc.)
  • Analyser et comptabiliser les écritures dencaissements clients en suspens issues des rapprochements bancaires.
  • Envoyer les états de comptes clients, transmettre les factures ou les déposer sur les extranets clients.
  • Extraire et mettre en forme les journaux de vente et les balances âgées clients.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord de suivi et de reporting liés à lactivité.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour des modes opératoires et des documentations associées aux tâches réalisées.
  • Participer à la préparation des reportings à destination des clients.

Profil recherché :

Formation :

Bac +2 en comptabilité (BTS CGO, DUT GEA option finance-comptabilité ou équivalent).

Expérience :

Minimum 2 ans dexpérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement en environnement structuré ou en cabinet.

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et client française.
  • Connaissance de la TVA.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel (TCD, formules, mise en forme de données).
  • La connaissance de logiciels comptables tels que SAGE X3 ou SAP est fortement appréciée.

Compétences personnelles :

  • Rigueur, sens de lorganisation, esprit danalyse.
  • Bon relationnel, capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les autres services.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à loral quà lécrit.
