The posting

Objectif du poste:

Nous recherchons des profils qui sont à la fois à laise dans la vente et dans l'accompagnement clients. Le Commercial et Relation Client BtoC assure le traitement des appels entrants et leads entrants enapportant un service personnalisé auprès de nos clients résidentiels suisses.

Missions principales:

  • Gestion et traitement des appels client et des leads entrants
  • Gestion des réclamations client et apport de solutions appropriées
  • Traitement de résiliations client et proposition d'offres de rétention
  • Satisfaction des objectifs de vente et des quotas dappels sortants
  • Traitement des comptes client et archivage de documents
  • Respect des procédures, directives et politiques de communication

Profil recherché:

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice dune formation commerciale et avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement le domaine des télécommunications
  • Vous avez un goût prononcé pour la vente et la satisfaction client
  • Vous êtes sérieux, dynamique, orienté client et résultats
  • Vous avez de laisance au téléphone

Compétences recherchées:

  • Maitrise de la langue française et anglaise (parlé et écrit) pour les postes FR/EN
  • Maîtrise de la langue Allemande / Suisse Allemande (parlé et écrit) pour les postes DE
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de bureautique
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Familiarisation avec les systèmes CRM
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente
  • Excellente maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais (parlé et écrit)
  • Polyvalence, capacité à prioriser et gérer le temps de manière efficace
  • Résistance au stress, conscience professionnelle et facilité dadaptation
  • Esprit méthodique, dentraide et de collaboration
