Contexte du poste :

Rattaché(e) au Département Administratif et Financier, vous interviendrez en qualité de Comptable Opérations de Trésorerie avec pour mission principale la gestion des opérations comptables liées aux caisses boutiques et aux encaissements clients. Vous veillerez à lexactitude des saisies, à la régularisation des écarts, ainsi quau bon suivi des flux de trésorerie.

Vos missions :

  • Vérifier quotidiennement lintégration des interfaces boutiques (qualité et exhaustivité des données).
  • Ventiler les encaissements des bornes par boutique chaque jour.
  • Codifier et comptabiliser les écritures pour le lettrage des comptes de caisses et des comptes de passage.
  • Vérifier la qualité et lexhaustivité des documents reçus des boutiques et mettre à jour les fichiers de suivi.
  • Signaler les anomalies et les documents manquants.
  • Vérifier les commentaires figurant sur les Z de caisse afin de justifier les écarts constatés, et alerter les Responsables Boutiques ou Animateurs Réseau de façon hebdomadaire.
  • Analyser et justifier mensuellement les comptes de la balance générale liés à votre périmètre.
  • Identifier et analyser les écarts de caisses et de bornes, demander les régularisations nécessaires, et faire remonter les points bloquants.
  • Analyser les écarts de versements bancaires et alerter les parties concernées chaque semaine.
  • Lettrer et régulariser de manière hebdomadaire les comptes dencaissements différés (chèques, cartes bancaires, etc.).
  • Contribuer au suivi qualité du pôle Caisse/Banking : tableaux des écarts, analyses, réconciliations, procédures descalade.
  • Saisir les frais bancaires.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi et de reporting de lactivité.
  • Participer à la mise à jour des modes opératoires et de la documentation associée.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des reportings destinés au client.

Profil recherché :

Formation :

Bac +2 en comptabilité (BTS CGO, DUT GEA option finance-comptabilité ou équivalent).

Expérience :

Une première expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans le domaine de la trésorerie ou du contrôle de caisses.

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale française et de la TVA.
  • Aisance avec les outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel.
  • La connaissance de SAGE X3 ou SAP est un atout important.

Compétences personnelles :

  • Rigueur, esprit danalyse, sens de lorganisation.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec dautres services.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à loral comme à lécrit.
