Dans le cadre d'une transformation stratégique de l'équipe Customer Experience, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Onboarding Specialist afin de renforcer l'accompagnement des nouveaux clients et garantir une expérience fluide, personnalisée et à forte valeur ajoutée.

L'organisation est structurée autour de trois pôles clés : Care, Success et Onboarding, avec pour objectif d'offrir un parcours client scalable et performant.

Vos missions

En tant que Customer Onboarding Specialist, vous serez le premier point de contact stratégique après la vente et jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction et l'engagement des clients.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Piloter le parcours d'intégration client de bout en bout, de l'activation jusqu'au closing.
  • Coordonner les différentes étapes de l'onboarding : Réunion de cadrage des besoins Paramétrage applicatif Accompagnement téléphonique à l'utilisation Phase d'hypercare et suivi des actions correctives Validation de la satisfaction client et suivi des KPI's
  • Adapter l'approche selon les typologies de comptes (low, mid et high touch).
  • Identifier les objectifs d'usage des clients et assurer leur atteinte.
  • Assurer une bonne passation avec les équipes Customer Success.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance : taux de complétion, CSAT, délais, taux d'usage, etc.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des parcours, outils et processus d'onboarding.
  • Identifier des clients ambassadeurs afin de valoriser leur expérience via témoignages ou avis.
  • Maintenir les informations et étapes d'onboarding à jour dans le CRM.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en Customer Success, Support client, Formation client, Account Management ou CSM, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS.
  • Excellente capacité de gestion de projets et de coordination multi-interlocuteurs.
  • Sens du service client, rigueur, pédagogie et adaptabilité.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils CRM et des environnements agiles.
  • Une connaissance des marchés publics ou de la vente B2B constitue un atout.
