Ta mission

  • À la croiée entre relation client, support et expérience utilisateur, tu es l’allié·e des familles et des nounous.
  • Ton rôle ? Les accompagner avec bienveillance, anticiper leurs besoins, et faire briller notre service à chaque interaction

Tes responsabilités

  • Accompagner les utilisateurs par chat, mail ou téléphone avec réactivité et empathie
  • Débloquer les petites galères du quotidien et apporter des solutions
  • concrètes
  • Faire remonter les irritants et proposer des idées d’amélioration
  • Créer une expérience client simple, fluide, et humaine

Ton profil

Compétences & outils

Fiche de poste Customer Success Specialist 1

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français ️
  • Bonne aisance à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • A l’aise avec les outils digitaux (chat, CRM, Notion, etc.)

Soft skills

  • Tu es souriant·e, réactif·ve, curieux·se, et toujours orienté·e solution
  • Tu as le sens du service, une belle écoute et tu adores rendre les choses plus simples pour les autres

Localisation

Poste basé à l’Île Maurice

Infos pratiques

  • Contrat : CDI
  • Temps de travail : Temps plein
  • Horaires : Journées en semaine uniquement (pas de week-ends !)
  • Salaire : à partir de Rs 23,500 + primes mensuelles selon performance
