Position Overview:

As a Guest Relations Officer for Azuri village, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of property and assets within the Azuri common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveillance:Proficient use of CCTV systems to monitor estate perimeters, identify irregularities, and report incidents to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
  • Patrol & Roster: Under advice of the Guest Relation Supervisor perform regular patrols, ensure safety of residents and Estate properties, observe and report security/safety breaches.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome and guide residents, owners and guests politely, handle queries, maintain professional conduct.
  • Procedures: Always follow procedures.
  • Observations and reports: Log incidents accurately and report them in a timely and confidential manner to the Guest Relation Supervisor
  • Crisis Management:Calm and effective response to emergencies or unexpected situations. Respond quickly to emergencies.

  • Patrolling & Incident Response,Conducts regular and thorough patrols; responds effectively to incidents

  • Communication Skills, Clearly communicates instructions and writes accurate reports
  • Conflict Management, De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally
  • Crisis Management, Responds to emergencies with calm, effective action
  • Technical Proficiency, Operates CCTV, radios, and reporting tools efficiently.

  1. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and during extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
