Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and motivated IT Officer to join an amazing team. The IT Officer will provide end-user support, manage IT assets, and assist in maintaining and configuring network and telephony systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user IT support for desktop/laptop issues and peripherals, including printers, telephones, mobile services, and specific business applications.
  • Assist with basic network configuration and maintenance.
  • Install and troubleshoot VoIP phones and configure mobile services.
  • Ensure antivirus software is up-to-date, troubleshoot and perform updates as needed.
  • Manage IT asset inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of the IT budget.
  • Participate in the IT procurement process.
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotation requests and coordinate Tier 4 technical support.

Profile:

  • Diploma in Information Technology.
  • Versatile with Microsoft technology platforms.
  • Experience and training in troubleshooting and providing IT end-user support.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to grasp new processes, services, and concepts quickly.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English & French.
