Notre client est un acteur stratégique dans le domaine de l'immobilier.

Il recherche un « Legal Officer » pour s'occuper de toute la partie légale et administrative de la mise en place de la fondation du groupe.

Description des tâches :

  • Assurer la liaison entre les membres du groupe et les conseillers juridiques.
  • Assister et participer aux sessions de travail pour la préparation des dossiers contentieux avec le cabinet d'avoué et la conseillère juridique.
  • Aider les membres du groupe dans la rédaction de documents légaux liés aux dossiers contentieux.
  • Procéder au montage et à l'instruction de dossiers contentieux avec notre cabinet d'avoué et notre conseillère juridique.
  • Représenter l'entreprise devant les instances administratives et judiciaires.
  • Rédiger, modifier et analyser les contrats, les accords, les constitutions et autres documents d'ordre juridique et les faire réviser par la conseillère en interne.
  • Conseiller les différents départements sur des questions d'ordre juridique après avoir eu l'aval de notre conseillère juridique interne.
  • Effectuer les tâches de secrétaire d'entreprise.
  • Organiser, déposer et collecter les documents légaux auprès des autorités compétentes.
  • Préparer les procès-verbaux des réunions internes et externes.
  • Assister le département immobilier dans les opérations de vente ou d'achat.
  • Agir en tant que Compliance Officer en matière de respect des législations et règlementations en vigueur et à venir.
  • Assurer l'enregistrement des marques commerciales et logos, les demandes et renouvellements des permis, licences, noms de domaines entre autres selon l'évolution du groupe.
