  • Créer des protocoles pour la bonne marche du secrétariat (en collaboration avec le praticien)
  • Comprendre et maitriser le logiciel Orthalis
  • Tenir a jour les statuts patients sur Orthalis
  • Contacter le SAV dOrthalis si besoin de modification ou explications
  • Tenir les comptes du cabinet mois -2
  • Gérer les fiches de paye et versements des charges
  • Faire la liaison avec les assurances pour le renouvellement
  • Faire un rapport mensuel à loffice manager par rapport aux impayés
  • Établir la liste des patients avec des problèmes récurrents (impayé, absence aux rdvs etc.)
  • Formé la secrétaire qui la relaiera en cas dabsence

Compétences :

Savoirs:

  • Connaître les protocoles de travail en clinique (collage, Invisalign etc.)
  • Connaître lorganisation générale du cabinet et la compétence de chaque membre pour travailler en équipe
  • Être à lécoute selon les besoins du moment

  • Maîtrise de loutil informatique et de logiciels dentaires spécifiques
  • Savoir décrypter la demande des patients pour optimiser la qualité des services propo sés
