What Youll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into innovative application solutions.
  • Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through new technologies or system improvements.
  • Leading projects related to the implementation or enhancement of applications, ensuring timely and successful delivery while following industry best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Evaluating business requirements and developing practical solutions by acquiring new applications or optimizing existing ones.
  • Configuring, testing, and deploying new technologies, systems, and services to enhance business operations.
  • Documenting system implementations and reviewing project outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and maintaining production systems for optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and stepping in for team members when needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration (with a focus on Information Systems), or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business applications.

Your Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Navision.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to document and analyze business processes and functional requirements effectively.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
