We are seeking a Senior Business System Consultant who will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology across our group of companies. If you're passionate about improving business processes through smart, effective systems, this opportunity is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable application systems.
  • Analyze business processes and propose innovative solutions or system enhancements.
  • Lead and manage projects related to new applications or changes to existing ones, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define feasible solutions through the acquisition or customization of applications.
  • Configure, test, and deploy new technologies or system changes.
  • Document systems and review project implementation outcomes.
  • Maintain and monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Provide support to team members and deputize as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration (Information Systems), or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in a similar role within a dynamic business environment.

️ Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient with ERP systems (preferably Navision).
  • Skilled in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis.
  • Strong in business process documentation and functional requirements analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
