The posting

Rôle :

Sous la responsabilité et en coordination avec la directrice financière, le TL AP-AR est garant :

  • De l'exactitude et de la fiabilité des imputations relatives aux clients et fournisseurs.
  • Du respect des délais de paiements fournisseurs et du recouvrement des créances clients.

Missions principales :

  1. Contrôle et analyse des clients :
  •  Assurer le lettrage régulier et veiller à l'absence de retard non justifié.
  • Saisir régulièrement les encaissements.
  • Contrôler les réconciliations clients et apurer les suspens.
  • Analyser les écarts de change (forex) en collaboration avec le département trésorerie.
  • Suivre les clients créditeurs.
  • Effectuer le suivi des retenues à la source.
  • Envoyer les relevés clients aux filiales dans les délais impartis.
  • Assurer le recouvrement des créances en envoyant des relances aux clients.
  • Animer les réunions clients.

2. Contrôle et analyse des fournisseurs :

  • Assurer le lettrage régulier et veiller à l'absence de retard non justifié.
  • Contrôler et participer aux réconciliations fournisseurs et apurer les suspens.
  • Gérer le planning de paiements fournisseurs, anticiper les risques de retard et garantir le respect des délais.
  • Analyser et suivre les fournisseurs débiteurs.
  • Apporter un support sur la mise en paiement en cas d'absence.

3. Analyse des écarts Forex :

Analyser les écarts forex et assurer leur apurement en collaboration avec le département trésorerie.

4. Participation à lamélioration des méthodes de travail de léquipe.

5. Respect des règles de contrôle interne du Groupe.

6. Exécution de toutes autres tâches à la demande de la direction.

Accès systèmes : SI Eone / HFM

Compétences requises :

  • Formation : Formation en comptabilité. Minimum 10 ans dexpérience en comptabilité clients et/ou fournisseurs dans une société internationale (environnement multi devises). Expérience dans la gestion dune équipe comptable.
  • Connaissances : Maîtrise du Pack Office. Connaissances des outils IT comptables.
  • Savoir-être : Autonome. Rigoureux. Analytique. Curieux. Organisé. Aisance à l'oral.
