The posting

Notre client dans le secteur manufacturier recrute un Technicien en Mécanique Industriel.

Principales missions :

  • Utiliser des équipements de mesure mécanique pour diagnostiquer les machines défectueuses et identifier la cause des dysfonctionnements à l'aide d'outils de diagnostic et de compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Effectuer des réparations mécaniques en utilisant des outils manuels et électriques.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres techniciens de maintenance mécanique pour résoudre des problèmes mécaniques complexes.
  • Tenir un journal quotidien organisé de toutes les maintenances et réparations des machines.
  • Réaliser des réparations hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
  • Lubrifier régulièrement les équipements.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans mécaniques.
  • Commander les fournitures et pièces de maintenance.
  • Suivre le programme de maintenance préventive pour les équipements et les installations.
  • Assister à l'installation des équipements.
  • Connaître les pompes, les réducteurs, l'installation et la maintenance des roulements.
  • Connaître l'installation et la maintenance des élévateurs à godets et des convoyeurs à chaîne.
  • Être familier avec les environnements industriels poussiéreux.
  • Connaître les opérations et la maintenance des chaudières à tubes de fumée.
  • Assurer la sécurité alimentaire et respecter toutes les exigences réglementaires.
  • Maintenir un atelier de maintenance et des installations propres, organisés et sécurisés.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience préalable en tant que technicien mécanique dans un environnement manufacturier.
  • Excellente capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques.
  • Compétences en lecture et interprétation de plans mécaniques.
  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'outils de mesure et de diagnostic mécaniques.
  • Connaissance des systèmes hydrauliques, pneumatiques et des équipements mécaniques.
  • Engagement ferme envers les normes de sécurité et les règlements.
