Résumé du Poste : En tant que Technicien Service Desk, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les utilisateurs nécessitant une assistance technique. Votre rôle consistera à analyser, diagnostiquer, et effectuer les premiers niveaux de dépannage tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux des incidents et des demandes.

Missions Principales :

  • Servir de premier point de contact pour les utilisateurs nécessitant une assistance technique.
  • Analyser, diagnostiquer et réaliser les premiers niveaux de dépannage en posant des questions pertinentes et en appliquant vos connaissances techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi des incidents et des demandes, accompagner l'utilisateur tout au long du processus et garantir une traçabilité grâce à la mise à jour constante des registres.
  • Orienter les différents intervenants, router et escalader les tickets aux niveaux supérieurs, et planifier les interventions.
  • Identifier les points de blocage lors du traitement, garantir une communication fluide et un bon niveau dinformation.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures en place, les améliorer si nécessaire et automatiser les tâches possibles.
  • Effectuer un suivi et un reporting régulier sur les points de contrôle identifiés (versions des OS, antivirus, mises à jour Windows, utilisation des partages fichiers, dysfonctionnements récurrents, etc.).
  • Gérer et paramétrer les outils de télésurveillance pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Effectuer un suivi et un reporting régulier sur les points de contrôle en télésurveillance (pannes, défauts de liaison, enregistrements vidéo, tests cycliques, etc.).
  • Être en mesure dassurer un rôle de backup pour le Helpdesk/Télésurveillance si nécessaire.
  • Participer à la traçabilité de lactivité via une main courante informatisée.

Profil Recherché :

  • Formation : Bac +2 ou Diplôme en Informatique, Sciences ou Technique.
  • Compétences Techniques :Bonne connaissance de Windows 10. Maîtrise des outils de prise en main à distance (PMAD). Connaissance des outils de télésurveillance. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (traitement de texte, tableur, messagerie, etc.).
  • Compétences Relationnelles :Adaptabilité technique et relationnelle. Autonomie et rigueur. Réactivité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes méthodiquement.
  • Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
