Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and team
  • Grow a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
  • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
  • Set and exceed goals with quality and precision
  • Presents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures 24/7
  • Make clear and timely decisions that keep clients happy and missions on track

UM DIA NA SUA ROTINA

  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e com a equipe.
  • Construir uma rede ampla e eficaz de contatos dentro e fora da organização.
  • Prospectar ativamente sua carteira de clientes por meio de ligações de vendas, e-mails e visitas.
  • Definir e superar metas com qualidade e precisão.
  • Realizar apresentações e falar em público com habilidade e confiança.
  • Demonstrar conhecimento especializado sobre aeronaves e o processo de fretamento.
  • Gerenciar reservas de voos fretados desde a solicitação inicial até a conclusão da operação.
  • Monitorar voos e acompanhar partidas 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana.
  • Tomar decisões claras e oportunas para garantir a satisfação dos clientes e o sucesso das operações.
