Customer Accounts Representative (m/w/d)

mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen. Polnischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Als Customer Accounts Representative bietest du unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service und Support per Telefon, E-Mail und Fax.
  • Du kontaktierst Kunden zur Klärung offener Kredit- und Debitsalden und stellst sicher, dass Bestellungen, wenn möglich, noch am selben Tag versendet werden.
  • Du stellst Kunden relevante Kontoinformationen zur Verfügung.
  • Du stimmst Kundenkonten ab und pflegst die dazugehörigen Daten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Customer Service und Finance zusammen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie die Fähigkeit, professionell und serviceorientiert zu kommunizieren.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Polnisch oder weitere europäische Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Computer- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie eine Affinität zu Zahlen.
  • Du erreichst deine Ziele und arbeitest dabei eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie anderen Abteilungen zusammen.
  • Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
