Nosso cliente é uma empresa brasileira do segmento de tecnologia, com soluções voltadas ao rastreamento, monitoramento e gestão de frotas e ativos.Atuando junto a empresas de diferentes setores, oferece tecnologias que auxiliam na segurança, eficiência e gestão operacional, com oportunidades de expansão especialmente nos mercados de transporte, logística e agronegócio.Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) Comercial B2B com perfil hunter para atuar no desenvolvimento de novos negócios na região Centro-Oeste.O profissional será responsável pela prospecção de clientes, identificação de oportunidades e comercialização consultiva de soluções tecnológicas, com atuação estratégica em mercados como transporte, logística e agronegócio.A posição exige autonomia, forte orientação para resultados e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Prospectar novos clientes por meio de prospecção ativa, networking e desenvolvimento de mercado na região Centro-Oeste;

• Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções consultivas para gestão e monitoramento de frotas;

• Conduzir apresentações e demonstrações comerciais, esclarecendo dúvidas técnicas e comerciais;

• Elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações até o fechamento dos contratos;

• Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes, buscando oportunidades de expansão, vendas adicionais e fidelização;

• Acompanhar indicadores e registrar as atividades comerciais, mantendo a gestão atualizada sobre o pipeline de vendas;

• Realizar viagens frequentes para visitas a clientes e eventos do setor;

• Atuar de forma estratégica para ampliar a presença da empresa no Centro-Oeste.

Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência com vendas B2B;

• Vivência em prospecção ativa e abertura de novos mercados (perfil hunter);

• Experiência na condução de negociações consultivas e ciclo completo de vendas;

• Excelente comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;

• Organização, autonomia e foco em resultados;

• Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes, inclusive aéreas;

• CNH ativa;

• Residir em Cuiabá/MT ou região.

Diferenciais

• Experiência com venda de tecnologia para o agronegócio: agricultura de precisão, máquinas agrícolas, equipamentos conectados ou AgTech;

• Experiência no segmento de veículos pesados, transportadoras, logística, rastreamento, telemetria ou gestão de frotas;

• Rede de relacionamento comercial no agronegócio do Centro-Oeste.
