Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) Comercial B2B com perfil hunter, que goste de abrir mercado, desenvolver novos negócios e construir relacionamentos estratégicos.O profissional será responsável pela comercialização de soluções tecnológicas voltadas ao monitoramento e à gestão de frotas de veículos pesados, conduzindo todo o ciclo comercial, desde a prospecção até o fechamento das negociações.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Prospectar novos clientes por meio de prospecção ativa, networking e desenvolvimento de mercado;

• Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções consultivas para gestão e monitoramento de frotas;

• Conduzir apresentações e demonstrações comerciais, esclarecendo dúvidas técnicas e comerciais;

• Elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações até o fechamento dos contratos;

• Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes, buscando oportunidades de expansão, vendas adicionais e fidelização;

• Acompanhar indicadores e registrar as atividades comerciais, mantendo a gestão atualizada sobre o pipeline de vendas;

• Realizar visitas presenciais a clientes e deslocamentos frequentes na região de atuação;

• Atuar de forma estratégica para ampliar a presença da empresa em São Paulo e região.

Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência com vendas B2B;

• Vivência em prospecção ativa e abertura de novos mercados (perfil hunter);

• Experiência na condução de negociações consultivas e ciclo completo de vendas;

• Excelente comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;

• Organização, autonomia e foco em resultados;

• Disponibilidade para deslocamentos e viagens;

• CNH ativa.

Diferenciais

• Experiência no segmento de veículos pesados, transportadoras, logística, rastreamento, telemetria, gestão de frotas ou soluções tecnológicas para o setor;

• Conhecimento sobre soluções de monitoramento e gestão de frotas;

• Vivência com venda de soluções tecnológicas para o agronegócio ou máquinas agrícolas.
